How to make breakfast in 10 minutes


Morning is one of the most important times of the day for busy North Americans. How to quickly prepare a nutritious breakfast in a fast-paced life? Here are some simple tips and steps to help you enjoy a delicious breakfast in 10 minutes.

1. Easy Fried egg sandwich

Materials:

  • Two slices of toast
  • Two eggs
  • Cheese slices.
  • Ham or bacon
  • Butter or olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Production steps:

  1. Heat the butter or olive oil in a saucepan.
  2. Break the eggs into a pan, sprinkle with a little salt and pepper, and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Meanwhile, toast toast in toaster or pan until lightly browned.
  4. When fried eggs are cooked, place on a slice of toast, sprinkle with cheese slices and ham or bacon, and cover with another slice of toast.
  5. Bake until cheese melts


2. Quick oatmeal

Materials:

  • Quick Oats.
  • Milk or water
  • Fruits (e.g. bananas, strawberries)
  • Nuts (e.g. walnuts, almonds)

Production steps:

  1. In a microwave or stovetop, place oats and milk or water in a bowl and heat according to package directions.
  2. Add chopped fruit and nuts, stir well and serve.


3. Jam muffins

Materials:

  • Packaged muffins (e.g. frozen muffins)
  • Fruit jam.
  • Butter or olive oil

Production steps:

  1. Heat butter or olive oil in a frying pan.
  2. Place muffins in pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Spread fruit sauce on top of muffins. Serve with fruit slices or cream.


4. Fruit yogurt smoothie

Materials:

  • Fresh fruits (e.g. bananas, strawberries, blueberries)
  • Yogurt.
  • Honey or sugar (optional)


Production steps:

  1. Cut the fruit into small pieces.
  2. Put the fruit, yogurt and honey or sugar in a blender and blend until thick.


5. Easy salad breakfast

Materials:

  • Lettuce or vegetable mixed salad package
  • Fried or poached eggs
  • Ham or bacon pieces
  • Olive oil and vinegar


Production steps:

  1. Place the salad in a bowl.
  2. Add fried eggs, ham or bacon cubes.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar and mix gently.
