How to make more delicious fried chicken: The perfect home cooking Guide

Fried chicken, a classic choice for family dinners and friendship gatherings, is a mouth-watering treat. To make the perfect fried chicken with crispy texture and tender meat, you don't need the skills of a restaurant chef, with a few simple tips and the right steps, you can easily make delicious fried chicken at home.

Prepare materials:

1. Chicken: Choose fresh chicken, which can be legs, wings or breasts, with the bones removed or retained according to preference.

2. Flour: The main material used to coat powder, you can choose plain flour or cake flour.

3. Marinade: such as salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, etc., adjusted according to personal taste.

4. Liquid: milk or egg, used to coat the chicken to increase the wetness and adhesion of the flour.

5. Breadcrumbs or cornflakes: Use to add crispness to the outside of the chicken.

Production steps:

1. Marinated chicken:

- Place the chicken pieces in a large bowl, sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder, and gently massage the chicken to ensure the dressing is evenly coated. Then, marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight, to allow the seasoning to fully penetrate the chicken.

2. Prepare the powder for the fried chicken:

- Prepare two shallow dishes or bowls, one with flour and one with eggs or milk. Add a little salt and pepper to the flour to add flavor.

3. Powder coating:

- Coat the marinated chicken pieces in the flour, then in the egg or milk, and then return to the flour to coat well, ensuring that every part of the chicken is evenly coated with the flour and liquid mixture.

4. Deep fry:

Heat enough cooking oil (you can use peanut or corn oil) in a deep pot or fryer to about 180 degrees Celsius. Carefully place the floured chicken pieces into the fryer one by one, not too many at once to reduce the oil temperature. The frying time should be about 12-15 minutes, until the skin is golden and crispy and the interior is cooked through.

5. Drain and enjoy:

- Use kitchen paper towels or oil filter paper to remove excess oil, then place the fried chicken pieces on kitchen paper towels to drain. Finish with a salad, French fries or homemade dressing for a delicious home-cooked fried chicken.

With the above steps, you can easily make the perfect crispy, tender fried chicken at home, so that family and friends can enjoy your culinary charm while dining. Remember to experiment with different seasonings and ingredient combinations to make fried chicken a discovery for your taste buds every time!
